2007-10-26, EFun Game Character Fashion Show : My first runway fashion show. After the World Game Culture Confernece ( WGCC Daegu S. Korea) the speakers and some attendees were treated to a fasion show of 'game fashion' - game inspired and imagined fantasy costumes. Full runway experience - it was very exciting. I didn't have my camera set right for the lighting so excuse the picture quality please.

2007-10-26, Daegu Traditional Market : Traditional outdoor market in Daegu, S. Korea. We arrived early - most of the stalls were not open. We looked at the fresh fish (all kinds), vegetables, and of course cloth and furniture. As the textile center of Korea I was hoping to find more kinds of traditional pattern fabrics and thigns but it was mostly very bright modern fabrics. Always something interesting around every corner. We had just had a big breakfast so I didn't sample any of the interesting foods.

2007-10-27, Bongeunsa Temple Seoul : One of my favorite places on the planet, this is a beautiful and historic Buddhist temple in the heart of Seoul's business district. One of the few good things about jet lag is that I get up at 5am and was able to be there for the sunrise. The smell of insence, monks chanting in the sunrise, and seeing Bongeunsa come awake was a great start to my trip. If you stay at the Coex hotel it is *right* across the street.
